462-4 Broome Street is boutique co-op building located in the heart of SoHo, originally constructed in 1860 by Aaron Arnold, a prominent New York merchant.
Managed by Tri-Star since 2022, this building has benefited from a dedicated Board that has worked diligently with local real estate agents to fill the commercial space with bespoke tenants, that specifically targeted this hot retail location in the heart of Soho.
In the past year, both ground floor spaces were vacated and rented to new tenants. Loveshackfancy moved into the building in June 2025. They are described as a hyper-feminine, vintage-inspired aesthetic, featuring florals, lace, ruffles, and bows. Monday Swimwear moved in 5 months later. They are a popular women’s swimwear and leisure brand. For both stores, this was their debut on Broome Street. Hoping they become long-term tenants over the next decade and provide stability to this hot Soho retail corridor, while providing financial stability to this lovely NYC Coop.
