Paul has been a Property Manager with Tri-Star Equities since 2013. He has developed a system of attentive and bespoke care for our client buildings to facilitate growth and sustainability. His emphasis on strategic upgrades has helped our clients stand out in a competitive market, resulting in low tenant turnover and high rent rolls. He also specializes in cooperatives and condominiums. Paul holds a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College, knowledge that has also helped our clients navigate the city’s often byzantine bureaucracy. Having previously worked as a superintendent on the Upper West Side, Paul has engaged in property management at every level, bringing two decades of experience.
