Gaynelle has a solid background in Property Management, with experience across NYC and NJ dealing with diverse tenancies. Gaynelle’s experience in property management and her background in accounts receivable positions her as a highly skilled professional in managing both tenant relationships and financial aspects of property management. Gaynelle’s duties include payment processing, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and dispute resolution. Before joining Tri-Star Equities, she was the Accounts Receivable Manager at one of NYC’s oldest and most renowned complexes. Outside of her professional life, Gaynelle enjoys cooking, baking, hitting the gym, and listening to music.
