Jane’s Restaurant was an institution for Brunch in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village for many years. But several years ago, the new owners took over the lease for this restaurant at 100 West Houston Street, and like many other restaurants, this did not fare well during Covid and its aftermath.
Tri-Star Equities has managed this West Village Cooperative since 2006 so we knew the former Jane’s ( as property managers) and are really excited to see a new concept open here in this beloved location for Brunch!
Sarabeth’s latest restaurant opened in November and we wish them well and hope to see the same Brunch crowd flock to West Houston Street for many years to come.
“In addition to its food menu, the new Village Sarabeth’s will serve cocktails, beer, and wine. Happy hour runs daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and features a “Happy Hour Tower” of bar bites and small plates like goat cheese croquettes and chicken confit tacos.” For more see link below.
