Pauline joined Tri-Star Equities in 2015, bringing over 25 years of real estate accounting and finance experience. She oversees the accounting department, handling day-to-day issues, billing, financial statements, and year-end audits. Pauline also handles budgeting and cash flow analysis for our clients. Before joining Tri-Star, Pauline was an Assistant Controller with a large real estate management company specializing in Co-ops and Condominiums, where she supervised a staff of 10 employees. She also enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and dining out.
