Eva recently joined Tri-Star at the end of 2024 with extensive leasing experience. She previously worked for a couple of luxury management companies and has a background in renting apartments as a leasing agent, as well as property management and lease renewal handling. She holds a real estate license and graduated from Baruch College with an accounting degree and a minor in literature. She brings an interesting blend to the Tri-Star team, having been on the luxury side of real estate and starting as a super’s daughter in her earlier years. Her experience, combined with management and rentals, gives her an edge in customer relations and interactions. In her spare time, she enjoys music, dancing, the beach, walking around Central Park, watching movies, and spending quality family time at home.
